The Challenge

Coach Vic's Old Skool Skillz Basketball Academy had built a strong reputation in the Bronx community, but their impact was limited by one critical gap: no online presence. Without a website, they couldn't reach families searching for youth basketball programs, showcase their coaching expertise, or communicate effectively with current players and parents.

The academy faced three key challenges: attracting new players beyond word-of-mouth referrals, managing program information and schedules efficiently, and building credibility with potential sponsors and donors who expected a professional digital presence.

Strategic keyword placement and technical SEO improvements positioned the site to rank for high-intent searches.
